
Arnold Bowers
Arnold Bowers resides in Winchester, V.A., with his wife, Breigh, and fourteen-year-old son, Avery. Bowers has more than 25 years in the waste and recycling industries. He spent 18 years with Waste Management, Inc. starting at the hauling company level in sales, then expanding through sales management at the district, market area, and then national level. He then joined ENGIE Impact (known as Ecova at that time) in 2014 as a SME to support the growth of the waste services business. Bowers has held positions in salles, management, and currently as a Sr. Director of the company's Waste Expansion Business as part of the Resource Data Management group within ENGIE. His academic background is an MS in Safety & Environmental Management from WVU and an MBA from the Harry Bird School of Business, Shenandoah University.
