Gertsmeier brings over 15 years in the waste management and recycling sector with deep understanding of day-to-day MRF operations and the challenges faced to run a successful business. A trusted leader in the industry, has held multiple roles in sales management and business development. Gertsmeier has a Bachelor of Administration in Business Management from Indiana University.
