Rike Sandlin advises organizations across the ITAD and recycling industries on operational excellence: business strategies, go-to-market plans, operational processes, ESG & sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement to enable scale and empower growth. Sandlin was COO of HiTech Assets, led environmental affairs and marketing for Arrow, led product development and marketing for Verizon, and has supported several M/A transactions. He has served the industry as the R2 TAC Co-Chair, RIOS Board Chairman, and ISRI’s Certification & Standards and Education Chairs. He frequently speaks on best practices in IT and recycling. Sandlin earned his engineering degree from Georgia Tech and MBA from Millsaps College.
